The unique Polish network meeting in Warsaw!

EuroPeers Poland’s network just met in Warsaw for its spring gathering from 17th to 19th April 2026. Check out what we did in this article!

Original ideas, inspiration, project creation, collaboration, and creative development – these are the elements that connect members of the EuroPeers network and turn every gathering of people promoting European mobilities into new opportunities. During the EuroPeers network meeting in Warsaw, in Poland from 17h to 19th April 2026, once again we realized that the most valuable thing is what we can give to others.

We began the spring meeting with integration activities, where we learned more about each other – fun facts, interests and had the chance to warmly welcome new members to the network. We also met our new trainer, Edyta, who joined Asia in supporting the network’s activities and has become an important part of our team.

After a shared and special dinner, during which we exchanged experiences and plans for the coming weeks, we moved on to celebrating at the EuroPeers Gala. There, we were talking about what we are proud of and what we celebrate. We summarized the year 2025, which resulted in 44 completed initiatives, 19 new members, 2 network meetings, and 14 places visited. Additionally, nominees and winners received awards in categories such as Action of the Year, won by the Wnioskaton project in Lublin, Debut of the Year, awarded to Kacper Czerwiński and EuroPeer of the Year – awarded to Kaja Możdżeń. They all motivate us to create meaningful initiatives that reach a wide audience.

On the following day, we took part in EuroPeersathon sessions, where we discussed what works and what doesn’t, and how to apply good practices. We were also talking about what more we can do and what we are ready to commit to – all in the form of brainstorming and pitching ideas.

Before dinner, the social media team held a session that started with discussions about what we enjoy doing together and led to action – working in groups, we created videos that reflect our enthusiasm and creativity. The results of this activity you can already see on our Instagramhttps://www.instagram.com/europeers_pl/

In the evening, we spent time together playing board games and singing karaoke, strengthening our bonds and drawing as much energy as possible from one another.

Sunday began with dividing into groups to conduct workshops proposed by network members. Przemek helped us better understand how to take care of our own resources and those of our organizations, creating space for exchanging ideas and experiences. Meanwhile, Gabi led a session on graphic facilitation, explaining a method of conveying content that captures attention and stimulates creativity.

The meeting concluded with an evaluation of current matters, our reflections, and thoughts on the time spent together, after which we went for a shared lunch. We are already looking forward to the next meeting, which will open new horizons and create new opportunities!

We would like to thank both our trainers – Asia and Edyta, as well as the meeting organizers – Magda and Maja, for creating such an amazing space.

We can’t wait for the next activities!
