How to Become a EuroPeer

If you have organised or participated in a European Solidarity Corps or Erasmus+ youth project recently, then join the network and share your experience!

You want to share your experience? You can become a EuroPeer provided you are a resident of one of the member network countries and you have organised or participated in a European Solidarity Corps or Erasmus+ youth project (volunteering project, solidarity project, youth exchange, youth participation project, DiscoverEU ) in recent years. While the age requirements may vary in different network member countries, however, generally the EuroPeers can be between 18 and 30 (35) years of age.

  • Think about whether you would like and are interested in telling other young people about your experiences with Europe.
  • Think about where you would like to go as a EuroPeer and what kind of event you would like to plan. Whether in your old school or in the youth club around the corner, whether a short information event or a long discussion – there are no limits to your imagination.
  • Contact your national network coordinator and indicate your interest in becoming a EuroPeer and register for the next Becoming a EuroPeer training. You can see the next international training events here: Events – EuroPeers

What do I get from becoming an EuroPeer?

You meet and get to know other youngsters with similar experiences, have the opportunity to take part in national or international EuroPeer meetings, workshops and trainings (costs mostly covered by the National Agency) and and work on your own skills and competences, for example how to present your experiences to others.

You gain a lot of interesting experiences and get to know other EuroPeers from different network countries.

You will receive a certificate that you have been trained as an EuroPeer and have held your own information events on the topic of Europe.

You can apply for opportunities and positions within the network that are reserved for active members and help the EuroPeers grow. Check out the “opportunities” page for more!
