Austrian EuroPeers Year-End Meeting 2025

New members, strategic exchange, and fresh impulses for the network shaped an intensive and inspiring day.

From 29 to 30 November, the Austrian EuroPeers community came together in Vienna to reflect, connect, and plan ahead.

New Faces, a Strong Community

We were especially delighted to welcome new EuroPeers to our group – including experienced EuroPeers as well as former European Solidarity Corps volunteers and DiscoverEU ambassadors. Their strong interest and motivation demonstrated that our network is growing.

Equally valuable was the visit from Eurodesk Austria, who presented their work and highlighted exciting opportunities for future cooperation.

Time for Exchange, Reflection, and Planning

The meeting offered all participants the opportunity to look back on 2025: What worked well? Where did we face challenges? What can we improve? Through discussion rounds, participants shared experiences, developed new ideas, and jointly shaped plans for the future of the EuroPeers network.

Appreciation, Community, and Good Spirits

Alongside the content-focused sessions, there was plenty of space for community building, appreciation, and joy. Highlights included a shared action at the Schönbrunn Christmas Market and a joint dinner, strengthening the connections between the EuroPeers.

What’s Next?

With renewed energy, the Austrian EuroPeers are heading into the coming year. Planned activities include the annual network meeting in April 2026 and many further initiatives aimed at making Europe tangible and solidarity-driven for young people.
