Join EuroPeers Working Group “Anniversaries” Apply now!
The EuroPeers Network is launching an international working group on Anniversaries. The group will bring together EuroPeers from different countries to co-create common European actions linked to important milestones to strengthen the international EuroPeers network, create moments of connection and reflection across countries, and increase the visibility of EuroPeers and their contribution to volunteering, solidarity and European programmes.

About the working group
The EuroPeers Network is launching an international working group on Anniversaries. The group will bring together EuroPeers from different countries to co-create common European actions linked to important milestones, especially:
- 2026: 30 years of EU Volunteering, 10 years of the European Solidarity Corps, UN Volunteering Year 2026, and 20+ years of EuroPeers
- 2027: 40 years of Erasmus+
The aim is to strengthen the international EuroPeers network, create moments of connection and reflection across countries, and increase the visibility of EuroPeers and their contribution to volunteering, solidarity and European programmes.
Possible activities may include campaigns, online meetings, storytelling, thematic actions, and contributions to visible European moments and events. The working group size is planned 8-10 members maximum.
Who can apply
We are looking for EuroPeers who:
- want to connect with peers from other countries
- enjoy creating welcoming social spaces
- want to contribute ideas for international online gatherings
- are interested in community building and peer engagement
- can participate in English
- can commit to being part of a small international team
No previous specific experience is required. Motivation, openness and reliability matter most.
What members will do
As a member of the working group, you will:
- join regular online meetings
- contribute ideas for anniversary-related actions
- help shape realistic initiatives for 2026 and/or 2027
- support planning, preparation and follow-up of activities
- work together with other EuroPeers, the Process Facilitator and the International Network Coordinator
What you gain
By joining the group, you will:
- collaborate with EuroPeers from across Europe
- gain experience in international teamwork and co-creation
- contribute to visible common action at European level
- strengthen your skills in communication, planning and creativity
Working format
The group is expected to work through bi-monthly online meetings, with one physical meeting where possible, and additional self-organised meetings if needed.
Working period
Start date: April 2026
End date: Until 31 December 2026, to be defined in line with the relevant anniversary period and planned activities, with a possibility to be extended for another period until the end of 2027

- a short motivation statement explaining why you would like to join this working group
- You may also include relevant experience in volunteering, campaigning, youth participation, storytelling, Erasmus+, ESC, event organisation or peer-led activities.
Deadline of Application: 5 April 2026
