Apply Now as a Junior Trainer for the EuroPeers International Annual Network Meeting 2026 in Romania
Are you ready to take the next step in your EuroPeers journey and gain hands-on experience in youth training?
EuroPeers International is looking for two motivated Junior Trainers to join the team for the Annual Network Meeting (ANM) 2026, taking place in Bucharest, Romania, from 5–8 February 2026 (trainers required from 4 February).
The ANM is the highlight of the EuroPeers year — an inspiring event bringing together around 60 young EuroPeers from across 14 partner countries to connect, share experiences, and shape the future of our network.
What’s the opportunity?
As a Junior Trainer, you’ll work alongside two experienced Senior Trainers to co-design, support, and help deliver the ANM 2026 programme. This is a paid learning opportunity designed especially for EuroPeers who want to develop their facilitation and coordination skills in a supportive environment. You don’t need prior experience as a trainer — just enthusiasm, creativity, and a genuine interest in youth work and non-formal education.
Who can apply?
To be eligible, you must:
- Be an active EuroPeer (have completed EuroPeers training at the national or international level)
- Be aged 18–30
- Have a good command of English
- Be motivated to learn and contribute to a collaborative international event
Practical details
- This is a paid position, you will be paid: €2,000–2,500 (for 8–10 days of work, including preparation, event, and evaluation)
- All travel, accommodation, and meals are fully covered
- Deadline to apply: 31 October 2025
- Preparation meeting: mid- to late November 2025
