About the working group

The EuroPeers Network is launching an international working group on EuroPeers Wikimedia. Its aim is to create and support EuroPeers collaborative wikimedia page, where EuroPeers from different EuroPeers network countries can exchange and learn information and best practice about their experience and national networks peer-to-peer.

The working group size is planned 8-10 members maximum.

Who can apply

We are looking for EuroPeers who:

  • Have interest in with working with Wikimedia
  • want to contribute ideas for international network peer-to-peer best practice exchange
  • can participate in English
  • can commit to being part of a small international team
  • Previous experience is a plus. Motivation, pro-activeness and reliability matter most.

What members will do

As a member of the working group, you will:

  • join regular online meetings
  • contribute ideas and help to develop EuroPeers WikiMedia page as part of the international work group 
  • co-create formats, themes and activities
  • help test and improve different ideas
  • support outreach, reflection and follow-up
  • work together with other EuroPeers, the Process Facilitator and the International Network Coordinator

  • meet and collaborate with EuroPeers from across Europe
  • strengthen your teamwork, communication and co-creation skills
  • gain experience in shaping an international community process
  • contribute to a stronger and more connected EuroPeers Network

Time commitment

The group is expected to meet online regularly throughout the working period. Members should be ready for recurring meetings, ability to work individually and  as a group and carry out agreed tasks.

Working period

Start date: April 2026
End date: Until 31 December 2026, with a possibility to extend for another period until the end of 2027

Application process

Please submit:

  • a short motivation statement explaining why you would like to join the working group.
  • you may also include any relevant experience.

Deadline of Application: 05 April 2026

The candidates will be notified of the call results via e-mail by 20 April
